Ya know, I could give a bunch of statistics on suicide, but you can Google those.
I can give you a bunch of Bible verses that says God loves you, but I’ve done that before. AND, you can also Google that.
I’ll just make this real simple: I tried to kill myself when I was in my 20s, when my little girl was just a toddler. She’s now in her 30s with a wonderful husband and three kids of her own. My son was born a few years later, and now he is married to a wonderful woman, with one son and another on the way.
So, yeah, it’s real simple. You need to live, if only for the fact that tomorrow—whenever “tomorrow” may be; literally tomorrow or in 10 years—will be better.
I’ll be 57 years old in less than two weeks, and my life is calm, stable and, dare I say, amazing.
But, had I been successful in my attempt to take my life, I’d like to share a few pictures of what I would’ve missed:

“The Lord himself will fight for you. Just stay calm (Exodus 14:14).”
You got this, my friend. This, too, shall pass. Love ya, and know that my amazing family and I are prayin’ for ya!
